Today, I read a first half of the script of Angela Lee Duckworth: The key to success? Grit | Video on TED.com. I agree that this presentation is touching, suggestive and interesting but I cannot agree that the most significant factor for success is grit. I think both grit and talent are essential for success, for example, athletes.
